Construction yard activity was conducted for 1st yr B.Arch students in the subject "Building Construction & Materials" on Friday, 07.06.2024 accompanied by 1st yr BCM Faculties. This activity was designed to provide them with hands-on experience in on-site construction activities. The practical approach aimed to give theoretical knowledge with real-world application, allowing students to better understand construction processes and techniques.

Subject: Workshop report on construction yard activity at SBPCOAD for Brick Masonry & RCC Footing Construction
1. First Year Students had constructed Brick wall with Flemish Bond and Circular Column.
2. Second Year Students had constructed RCC Trapezoidal Footing.
The exercise was undertaken for the students to get a hands on experience of the onsite construction activity. They learn the subject “Building Technology & Materials” under which they taught various types of bonds, various types of footings & different methods of construction technology.
