Intake and Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch

For Admission procedure, following points to be substituted:

1. Our SBPCOAD college intake for this first year admission is 80 seats.
2. Eligibility criteria for 1st Year B. Arch admission is:

Passed 10 + 2 scheme of Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics at least 45% aggregate + Qualifying NATA

OR

Passed 10 + 3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as Compulsory subject at least 45 % aggregate + Qualifying NATA

3. Note: Admission will be done through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State
