Intake and Eligibility Criteria

For Admission procedure 2022-2023, following points to be substituted:

1. Our SBPCOAD college intake for this first year admission for 2022-2023 Academic Year is 120 seats. Apart from 120 seats 96 seats are under CAP round and 24 seats are under Management round.
2. College CUT OFF A.Y 2021-2022 - 127
3. Eligibility criteria for B. Arch academic year 2022-2023 is:
   • Candidate should be Passed 10 + 2 scheme of examination with 50% marks & Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics AGG. 50% marks + Qualifying NATA
   • Candidate should be Passed 10 + 3 Diploma examination with 50% marks & Mathematics as compulsory subject + Qualifying NATA
   • FOR NATA EXAM - Overall qualifying marks minimum 70 marks out of total 200 would be based on post exam statistics & at the discretion of council.
4. Note: Admission will be done through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State
