Microsoft Project Software |
Objective:As the world becomes increasingly technologically advanced, architecture students need to stay up-to-date with the latest software tools. This is where Microsoft Project comes in- a powerful project management program that can help architects streamline their workflow and save time on complex projects. The MS Project software is a powerful tool for project management, and this course aims to equip students with all the knowledge and skills necessary to use it effectively. The course objectives are designed to ensure that students can confidently navigate the software and apply its features in real-world scenarios.
Brief :The Microsoft Project Software course was successfully conducted with a group of enthusiastic fourth year students. The course aimed to teach them how to use the software in managing their projects effectively. The sessions were engaging, and the students were keen on learning each aspect of the program. The instructors started by introducing what project management is and why it's essential for architects. They then delved into explaining all the functionalities of Microsoft Project- starting from creating a new project, scheduling tasks, assigning resources, tracking progress, generating reports and much more!
The course curriculum was designed in such a way that each session built upon previous knowledge. As we progressed through the weeks, our students became increasingly confident in using Microsoft Project for their projects. The course was successful completed with got the positive feedback from everyone involved!
